Within small, carefully curated cohorts, you will explore the powerful laws of living systems, examine how they can be used to adjust and de-risk our economies, and consider their application to new models of leadership.
Through deep personal and collective enquiry, we begin to understand the transformative value that can be derived when organisations operate regeneratively - with greater connectivity, innovation, creativity and abundance. Far from being pure philosophy, this retreat puts theory into practice.
Retreat participants return home feeling empowered to transition their own operations and systems towards greater resilience and long term success, responsive to the complexity and shocks of our rapidly changing world.
Follow up sessions (included in your retreat price) provide structured support to strategy design and implementation, post retreat. Each cohort is welcomed to continue their learning together, as they design living systems principles into their own organisations.
Our host destination, Andros, provides a unique canvas upon which to live test a blueprint for regeneration for true reciprocity.
Every retreat contributes directly into the local communities and places which warmly host us. Our revenues are also reinvested back into projects for community and/or environmental regeneration.
Accelerating purposeful leadership
To translate the principles of regenerative economics from theory into practice, equipping leaders with the skills needed to solve the business and economic challenges of our rapidly changing world. Participants will accelerate their learning and implementation journey together as an intimate, carefully selected cohort, and apply these learnings into their own organisations.
Regen Retreats includes additional post-retreat accountability and support while our leaders integrate the learning outcomes into their own organisations.
Learning outcomes for our leaders
From theory to practice, participants will discover the powerful possibility for a more resilient and abundant economy, through the real world application of the 8 regenerative principles in situ. Immersed in our destination, interacting with diverse stakeholders, we begin to understand the socio economic, cultural and/or environmental challenges pertinent to places the world over. As we workshop the principles to this local context, and co-design new models for regeneration, we develop the frameworks needed for any given scenario. You will depart with the knowledge, mindset and capabilities needed to integrate these principles in the leadership of your organisation, to redefine success in this great era of change.
